Changes
At the end of last season we took a short survey regarding some changes. Here is a summary of the results:
- Should the league switch to .5 point per reception?
- Yes (8 Yes, 2 No, 2 Abstain).
- Should the league dues be raised from $50 to $75?
- Yes (7 Yes, 1 No , 1 No Preference, 3 Abstain).
- How should we split the new dues?
- Reply Hazy, Try Again.
- Should the SB winner host the draft?
- No, but if you want to host speak up!
- Should we switch to a 1-player keeper league?
- 6 In favor, 4 opposed, 2 abstain. Not a resoundingly clear opinion on this. I think we should prepare the rules and revisit at a later date.
- Should the league switch from ESPN to Yahoo! Sports?
- No (9 No, 1 Yes, 2 Abstain)
- Kicking Rules:
- Make the Extra Point worth 3 points?
- No (4 Yes, 5 No, 3 Abstain)
- Should a missed FG or XP be worth -1 point?
- Yes (6 Yes, 3 No, 3 Abstain)
Approved rule changes will be made shortly. How to split the dues will be discussed at the draft along with keeper league rules.
As some of you have already noticed, we will have a new league member this season. We thank Christian for his years in the league and wish him well moving forward.
